Privacy Policy
SkinTally Software LLC (“SkinTally”, “we”) publishes the SkinTally desktop apps, web app and website (the “Service”), a value calculator for Fortnite cosmetics. This policy explains what information we handle and your choices.
1. Your locker stays on your device
The skins you select, your reminders, game scores and settings are kept in local storage on your device. Screenshots of your Fortnite locker are read by on-device text recognition and are not uploaded. Uninstalling the app or clearing browser storage deletes this data.
2. Information we receive
- Support emails. If you write to support@skintally.gg we receive your address and message and use them to answer you.
- Pro subscriptions. A payment processor handles your card. We receive your email address, plan and payment status only.
- Price updates. When the app downloads daily Item Shop prices, our servers log the IP address, app version and time for security and delete these logs after 30 days.
3. What we never collect
We never ask for your Epic Games username or password and never connect to your Epic account. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or use third-party ad trackers.
4. Service providers
Hosting, payment and email providers process data for us under contracts that limit them to providing the Service. We disclose information to authorities only when required by law.
5. California and other U.S. state rights
Residents of California and of states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Oregon, Texas and Utah may ask to know, access, correct or delete personal information we hold and to receive a copy. Email support@skintally.gg with the subject “Privacy request”. We respond within 45 days. If we deny your request you may appeal by replying to our decision, and you may contact your state attorney general. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
6. Children
The Service is intended for users 13 and older. In line with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Retention and security
Support emails are kept for up to two years after the last message; payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. All connections to our servers use HTTPS.
8. Changes and contact
