Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the SkinTally apps, web app and website (the “Service”) provided by SkinTally Software LLC (“SkinTally”, “we”). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
SkinTally estimates what Fortnite cosmetics cost in the Item Shop, in V-Bucks and US dollars, ranks them by how they were released and reminds you about season dates. Figures are estimates for information only. SkinTally is not affiliated with Epic Games, Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms and manage any subscription.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service to buy, sell, trade or transfer game accounts, which Epic's terms prohibit.
- Do not use results or tier lists to mislead others about what you own.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape or overload the Service, or use its content to train machine learning models.
4. Plans and billing
Solo is free. Pro costs $2.99 per month or $21.99 per year in US dollars, plus applicable sales tax, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the app or by emailing support@skintally.gg, and you keep access until the end of the paid period. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices.
5. Trademarks and content
Fortnite, V-Bucks and Fortnite item names and images belong to Epic Games, Inc. and appear only to identify items. SkinTally's characters, illustrations, text and software belong to SkinTally and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. Epic Games sets Item Shop rotations, prices and V-Bucks pack rates and may change them at any time, so SkinTally's figures may differ from what you pay.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SkinTally is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless the consumer law of your home state gives you the right to sue locally.
